Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Opened products
Used products
Products with damaged or broken seals
Products that have been partially consumed or applied
Please choose carefully, as we are unable to resell opened or used products.
Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities
Individual responses to products can vary. While we carefully select products from reputable manufacturers, Dry Eye Clinic cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual or that no adverse reaction will occur.
Before purchasing and using any product, we strongly recommend that customers:

Review any warnings or usage instructions provided by the manufacturer
Consult their healthcare professional if they have known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns about suitability
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for products that have been opened or used due to allergic reactions, sensitivities, intolerance, or dissatisfaction with product performance.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged in transit
Faulty
Defective
Incorrectly supplied

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided under Australian Consumer Law.
